WHAT YOULL DO

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Analyst to support Poland Technology organization. This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support governance coordination vendor management and data analysis ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions.
Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative governance and organizational processes collaborating closely with global teams in the United States EMEA and APAC.
Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors contractors and service providers including invoicing and payment tracking contract extensions and renewals onboarding and offboarding processes and supplier issue resolution.
Partner with vendor management finance accounting procurement HR and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Assist with governance and compliance-related activities including local operational and tax-related programs.
Maintain and improve operational reporting dashboards and data analysis to support management decision-making.
Prepare presentations operational summaries and management updates for leadership stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency improvements and process standardization across the Poland technology organization.
Support software and SaaS vendor coordination across various technology and business functions.
Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.

WHATS REQUIRED

Experience in operations business support vendor management administration project coordination or analytical roles within a corporate or technology environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks priorities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality.
Excellent communication documentation and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data reporting and operational metrics.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools especially Excel PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Experience with AI-powered productivity tools Large Language Models and modern developer-assistance platforms is considered a strong plus including familiarity with tools such as Cursor Claude Code Codex ChatGPT and AI-enabled workflow and productivity platforms.
