Theyreseeking an experienced Technical TestLeadto join their Krakow-based team. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on complex STP applications leading testing strategy and execution within agile squads whilst collaborating with colleagues across Belgium and India.

Position Overview

As Technical Test Leadyoullplaya central rolein ensuring quality delivery for STP applications that support critical financial services and execute comprehensive testing strategies implement automation frameworks and work closely with developers businessanalystsand solution architects. This position combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities allowing you to shape testing practices whilst contributing directly to sprint deliverables and production releases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead testing strategy and execution for STP applications within agile squads

  • Define andmaintaintest plans test cases and test data aligned with business requirements

  • Collaborate with developers businessanalystsand solution architects to ensure quality delivery

  • Implement automated testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines

  • Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements andmaintaincomprehensive test documentation

  • Monitor test execution reportdefectsand drivetimelyresolution

  • Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planningreviewsand retrospectives

  • Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities

  • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and agile KPIs

  • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards including GDPR CSDR and ISO requirements

  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation handover activities

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

  • Strongexpertisein agile testing methodologies including ScrumKanbanandSAFe

  • Proven experience with test management including planningexecutionand defect management

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium Postman REST Assured JUnit and TestNG

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD integration using Azure DevOpsJenkinsand Git

  • Domain knowledge in financial services particularly STP and SWIFT messaging

  • Proficiencywith tools including JIRA Confluence TestRailZephyrand SQL for data validation

  • Experience creating test documentation including test plans testcasesand requirements traceability matrices

  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner

  • Understanding of compliance requirements including GDPR CSDR and ISO standards

  • Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)

  • Basic understanding or Java programming languages (desirable)

  • Experience with middleware testing including Kafka or IBM MQ (desirable)

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk Dynatrace or ServiceNow (desirable)

  • Awareness of security testing principles including OWASP and vulnerability scanning (desirable)

  • French or Dutch language skills (asset)
