Join us to help support Polands rapid energy transition and the broader decarbonization goals of Central and Eastern Europe.To strengthen our team we are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Proposal Manager who combines hands-on project execution with strategic service growth ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery into long-term customer value and service expansion.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope schedule cost quality).
- Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service securing long-term service readiness.
- Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase building strong relationships.
- Drive service growth (35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA upgrades lifecycle solutions).
- Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project execution within grid / HV infrastructure.
- Exposure to service business and commercial processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
- Willingness to travel (30%).
