They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Warsaw role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI technology andprogrammedelivery coordinating between client stakeholders and development teams whilst applying your technical knowledge of AWS and machine learning operations.

Position Overview

As Technical Program Manageryoullserve as the primary technical and functional liaison between the client and the development team based in India. This role requires both technical depth in AI and AWS technologies and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development whilst ensuring alignment between businessobjectivesand technical implementation drawing on your understanding ofMLOps data pipelines and cloud infrastructure to guide decision-making and problem-solving throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and functional interactions between client stakeholders and the development team

• Manage AI and AWS application developmentprogrammesfrom planning through deployment

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team

• Apply knowledge ofMLOpsto guide machine learning lifecycle decisions

• Oversee data pipeline architecture modeltrainingand evaluation processes

• Facilitate communication across distributed teams in Poland and India

• Monitorprogrammeprogress and manage risks throughout delivery

• Providetechnical guidance on AWS infrastructure and deployment strategies

• Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical capabilities

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in technicalprogrammemanagement

• Proventrack recordmanaging AI and AWS application development projects

• Solid understanding of the Machine Learning Life Cycle (MLOps)

• Knowledge of data pipelinestrainingand evaluation paradigms

• Experience with AWS cloud computing infrastructure and services

• Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Fluent Polish and English language skills (written and spoken)

• Strong communicationskills for client-facing interactions

• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams

• Technical acumen to understand infrastructure needs and deployment requirements
