Department Overview

At the Digital Front Office we dont just manage systemswe reinvent the future of how the worlds leading organizations interact with us. We are the architects of change transforming every touchpoint from the first click on our engagement pages to the complex engines of our e-commerce and order management platforms.
You will play a pivotal role in our mission by leading the design and build of our next-generation Self-Service Application for Motorola Partners. This isnt just a portal; its a mission-critical ecosystem designed to empower our partners with autonomy speed and a seamless digital experience.


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Decomposing user stories and driving technical conversations

  • Own and lead end-to-end project execution managing timelines risk mitigation and milestones from initial scoping up to final delivery

  • Work with the team to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines

  • Provide direct leadership and people management acting as the reporting manager for a team of internal employees and/or external contractors including task assignment mentoring and performance guidance

  • Collaborate with architects to advance product features/development

  • Understand and advocate best practices in high-level system designs

  • Lead and drive functional and technical design requirements for development and provide overall platform domain expertise

  • Lead collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience designers developers testers and others to develop execute and release Salesforce services in alignment with major program/portfolio and/or product roadmaps


Basic Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ability to create technical documentation requirements designs and user stories for business solutions

  • Ability to communicate ideas to technical teams and business partners

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading technical projects and leading work towards delivery timelines in an enterprise environment

  • People management experience with a track record of directing developing and managing the workload of direct reports and/or external contractors

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

  • Experience of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering Computer Science business administration or related field

  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
