What you will do

• Build and develop the Automation Engineering and Process Engineering Department including team structure roles and operational standards
• Identify evaluate and implement technical and technological solutions that improve production efficiency reliability quality and safety
• Initiate plan and oversee CAPEX and modernization projects including the implementation of new technologies production lines and equipment
• Lead standardization and optimization initiatives across manufacturing processes using Process Engineering methodologies and Lean Manufacturing tools
• Develop update and maintain process and technical documentation to ensure compliance consistency and operational excellence
• Support continuous improvement activities and drive operational performance through effective change management practices
• Collaborate closely with production maintenance quality and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational efficiency

Who youare

• You have university degree in an engineering discipline preferably Automation & Robotics Production Management or related fields. A degree in Chemical Engineering would be considered an additional advantage
• You have knowledge and experience in coating technology/processes (highly desirable)
• You have proven experience in a similar management position preferably within an international manufacturing environment
• You have experience in leading and developing engineering teams
• You have practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and you have successfully implemented continuous improvement initiatives in a production environment
• You have hands-on experience in project management including investment and process improvement projects
• You have strong communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You have results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• You have proven ability to lead and support organizational transformation through effective change management
• You can communicate effectively in English
