The Position

At Roche RDT Diagnostics we believe every patient deserves the best possible treatment. To

achieve this our RDT DIA R&D teams must operate with clinical precision and agile efficiency. We are seeking a Technical Lead to bridge the gap between complex DIA R&D business needs and cutting-edge this role you will be the architectural and technical lead for our Portfolio and Project

Management (PPM) ecosystem. You wont just be managing software you will be designing the digital backbone that allows Roche to prioritize the right life-saving innovations and bring them to market faster.

The Opportunity
  • Stakeholder Partnership - Act as the primary technical consultant for RDT DIA R&D PPM to optimize workflows through automation and data-driven insights

  • PPM Solution Leadership - Lead Planisware configuration implementation translating core business requirements into actionable configurations validated through strategic PoCs

  • Solution Design - Translate complex business requirements into scalable secure and compliant cloud-based architectures (SaaS/PaaS)

  • Custom Built Solution Leadership - Oversee design and implementation of custom solutions i.e. RDT DIA PPM Portal ROMA DP360 etc.

  • Lifecycle Management - Oversee the evolution of the PPM toolset (e.g. Planisware Jira or custom solutions) to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose

  • Data Governance - Ensure the integrity and flow of R&D data across the ecosystem to provide a single source of truth for executive decision-making

  • Solution Strategy - Define the end-to-end technical vision for the RDT DIA R&D PPM landscape ensuring seamless integration between financial planning resource management and stage-gate execution

Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of DIA PPM business processes modern PPM software and data engineering. You understand that in Diagnostics speed to market is a healthcare imperative.

  • Communication - Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical senior leadership

  • Agile Mindset - Comfort working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar agile methodologies

  • Experience - 5 years of experience configuring PPM solutions with a focus on Planisware

  • Experience - 7 years in Solution Design with a specific focus on Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

  • Domain Knowledge - Previous experience in Life Sciences Diagnostics or Pharmaceuticals is highly preferred. Familiarity with GxP and CSV (Computer System Validation) is a major plus

  • Technical Stack - Experience with enterprise PPM tools (e.g. Planisware Planview etc.)

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs Data Mesh/Products and Middleware)

  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

  • Solid collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire

  • Strong analytical logical problem-resolution skills

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228900.00 PLN - 425100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors including your skills experience qualifications and addition to base pay this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
