We are looking for a highly organized Executive Management Assistant to support the Factory Management Team in our Szczecin this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating management activities preparing reports organizing events and visits and supporting internal and external communication. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Factory Management Team including coordination of meetings travel arrangements and events
• Prepare management reports and summarize departmental data in line with company KPI requirements
• Coordinate audits customer visits and internal/external visits across all organizational levels
• Manage internal and external communications maintain filing systems and support communication platforms such as MyVestas

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English with the ability to prepare professional documents and correspondence
• Good presentation skills including creating and delivering presentations to different audiences
• Ability to work with minimal supervision organize visits and events and act as a professional host for internal and external stakeholders
