As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction & Acquisition Partner to join our Warsaw team.

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

We are seeking a trusted talent advisor who can influence senior stakeholders solve complex hiring challenges and proactively shape talent strategies that support business growth. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers People Partners Vendors and BusinessLeaders to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and leadership-level hiring across the GSC while overseeing high volume hiring.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders challenging and influencing hiring decisions where appropriate.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing networking market mapping and talent attraction activities.
  • Deliver proactive market intelligence and talent insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Facilitate intake meetings recruitment strategy discussions interview calibration sessions and offer negotiations.
  • Promote diversity inclusion and equitable hiring practices.
  • Partner with employer branding teams to strengthen Maersks presence in the local market.
  • Support recruitment events hiring campaigns and onsite assessment activities.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across global Talent Acquisition teams to share best practices and elevate recruitment capability.

What We Are Looking For
Essential Experience
  • Significant in-house Talent Acquisition experience within a complex multinational organisation.
  • Proven experience recruiting professional specialist and leadership positions.
  • Volume recruitment managing tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing demanding stakeholder groups and operating as a true business partner.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse business areas.
  • Experience using data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.

Highly Desirable
  • Experience within a Global Capability Centre (GCC) Shared Services Business Services SSC BPO or multinational operations environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale growth transformation or migration hiring projects.
  • Experience recruiting multilingual talent across European markets.
  • Exposure to logistics supply chain customer operations finance or corporate functions.

  • PLN 14000 to PLN 17000 gross per month depending on experience.
