Talent Acquisition Team Leader
Job Summary
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to run theTA function for Operations and Headquater functions in Poland. Youll lead a team of 7 talents making sure every recruitment process lands on time on quality and on brand. Reporting to the Head of TA youll act as strategic recruitment partner for business leaders and HRBPs in your area combining hands-on delivery of the most senior and critical hires with the people leadership that keeps a busy team firing on all cylinders.

What Youll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 7 (TA Business Partners & Recruitment Coordinator) priorities 1:1s workload allocation coaching feedback career paths
- Own the quality and timeliness of every recruitment process in your area and fix bottlenecks before they become excuses
- Personally run recruitment for the roles that matter most senior specialist and business-critical positions
- Be the go-to advisor for Hiring Managers and HRBPs on role profiles market realities salary benchmarks and candidate motivation
- Feed leaders proactive talent market intelligence not just status updates on open roles
- Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and flag hiring risk early
- Own KPI and pipeline reporting for your area and turn the numbers into action
- Keep ATS sourcing tools and talent pools running cleanly and use AI to take busywork off your teams plate
- Build a team culture people actually want to work in
- Support employer branding initiatives and internal mobility
- Keep recruitment processes compliant
Qualifications :
Must have:
- 5 years in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- 4 years running full-cycle recruitment end-to-end
- 2 years managing a recruitment team
- 3 years hiring for specialist expert or managerial roles
- 2 years advising and partnering with senior stakeholders
- 2 years working with recruitment data KPIs and reporting
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- English at C1
- University degree
Nice to have:
- Experience in workforce planning
- Experience in an international or multi-country environment
- Working knowledge of labour law and compliance at an operational level
- Experience optimising TA processes and tools
- Involvement in employer branding projects
