Talent Acquisition Specialist

Based at our Szczecin plant youll support hiring across all Nemera locations worldwide. As part of our global Talent Acquisition team youll work on a diverse mix of roles collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US and help bring great talent into our organization.

What youll do

• Manage recruitment processes from kick-off to offer acceptance.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and find the right talent.
• Recruit across a variety of functions including engineering operations quality supply chain and support functions.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for key roles.
• Support internal mobility and advise on appropriate assessment approaches.
• Contribute to employer branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications :

What were looking for

• Experience in Talent Acquisition recruitment consulting or a related HR role.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitments and stakeholders at the same time.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English is required. An additional language ideally German or French is a strong asset given the international scope of the role and collaboration with teams across Europe.
