Your responsibilities

- Youll work alongside dedicated innovative and collaborative teammates.
- Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Alstom by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including senior management HR teams and our diverse workforce) act as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters and much more.
- Youll specifically take care of managing the end-to-end recruitment process but also developing innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Well look to you for:
- Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process including setting recruitment strategies conducting interviews and managing offer negotiations
- Collaborating with HRBP and functional leaders to understand and address business needs
- Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Developing creative sourcing strategies using tools such as referral programs university partnerships and employer branding initiatives
- Building proactive talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of top industry talent and experimenting with new methodologies and tools to continuously improve recruitment outcomes

- Previous experience in technical recruitment
- University degree
- Advanced proficiency in English and Polish
- Direct sourcing skills such as proficiency in Boolean search methodologies
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage with hiring managers at all levels
- Resilience adaptability attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent time management skills and a naturally proactive positive attitude
