Talent Acquisition Intern

Salary: 5 700 PLN gross monthly

Fixed-term contract for 6 months (via 3rd party agency)

Talent Acquisition Intern will support the full recruitment life cycle starting from publishing job ads in a dedicated online system screening resumes scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding communication. Talent acquisition works closely with HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities & Task:

• Publishing the advertisement in Recruitment Management System and external job portals.

• Administrative Support: Maintaining applicant data in Global Recruitment System (GRMS).

• Resume Screening: Reviewing applications to provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.

• Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers & HR BP.

• Assisting with onboarding communication to build future employee experience

• Coordination of graduate development program

• Coordination of future Employer branding initiatives

• Participate in other HR project as per need

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Students or recent graduates in Human Resources Psychology Management or related fields.

• Strong communication skills proactive well-organized with interest to gain experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

• Fluent spoken and written English.
