In this position you take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Tech Data and AI acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a data-driven advisor rather than just a process executor.

Your impact

• Deliver the right talent at the right time while ensuring quality and cultural fit 
• Support hiring decisions using market insights and recruitment data
• Shape recruitment strategies for key technology roles
• Influence candidate experience and employer brand perception

 What youll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain 
• Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions 
• Providing market insights on talent availability timelines and compensation
• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Boolean search and other tools 
• Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fit
• Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end 
• Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes 
• Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships 
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally 

Qualifications :

• Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) min. 3 years 
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Boolean search) 
• Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method) 
• Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend frontend cloud data etc.) 
• Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English at B2 level or higher
