Were opening a brand-new NIKE store in Gliwice and were looking for a Store Manager to lead it from day one! This is more than managing a store. Its a chance to build a team shape the culture create an inspiring consumer experience and bring the NIKE spirit to life in a new location.

WHAT YOU DO
  • Lead the opening of our new NIKE store in Gliwice and help build the team from the ground up

  • Create a welcoming energetic and premium store environment for our consumers

  • Build lead coach and develop a diverse team while creating a strong and inclusive team culture

  • Drive store performance by managing budgets operations sales targets service standards and consumer satisfaction

  • Bring NIKEs strategy to life in your store including membership digital services sustainability and consumer engagement

  • Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards policies and guidelines

  • Partner closely with other stores field leadership and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices

  • Create an environment where every team member feels inspired supported and empowered to grow

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Previous experience in store management

  • Experience in retail operations budgeting planning customer service sales and people management

  • A passion for NIKE sport and creating exceptional consumer experiences

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best

  • Good command of English and Polish both written and spoken

  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends

  • Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching feedback conflict resolution and performance conversations

Relocation support is not available for this role.
