The Sr IT Business Enablement Manager - HR & Learning is responsible for bridging business objectives with IT capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes for the HR and Learning. This role will drive strategic alignment operational excellence and innovation across enterprise IT initiatives ensuring technology investments maximize value and accelerate business transformation.

As a member of the IT Business Enablement Functions team this role will partner with the HR & Learning organizations through technology fostering strong partnerships and embedding agile product-centric delivery models.

This position reports to the Sr Director ITBE Functions leader and is part of the Information Technology team and will be an on-site role in Kraków.

What you will do

  • Partner with Cytiva HR & Learning leaders their teams DHR Corporate IT and IT delivery teams to provide a single effective interface between business functions and IT ensuring alignment with Cytiva priorities and DHR Corporate Strategy.

  • Define execute and maintain the HR & Learning OpCo functional and regional IT strategy including HR & Learning application roadmaps ensuring technology priorities support business objectives and long-term value creation.

  • Support the Discovery model by working with HR & Learning leaders Business Enablement IT Business Analysts and the BE Pillar Head to identify business outcomes assign them to the appropriate value streams prioritize them against the value stream backlog and partner with IT Delivery & Governance to establish the right delivery approach.

  • Drive delivery and value realization for prioritized outcomes by leading proof of concepts authoring user requirement specifications tracking ROI and say/do performance post-delivery and ensuring IT initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency cost quality customer satisfaction and decision-making.

  • Champion continuous improvement innovation and operational excellence across HR & Learning by leveraging advanced analytics automation digital technologies external trends and best practices; maintaining a robust and integrated technology landscape including T&A tools HR data flows LMS systems and HR technology; ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards; and proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.

Who you are

  • 10 years of experience partnering with HR learning management capabilities or HR technology transformation

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or STEM equivalent certification or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of HR and Learning capabilities ability to translate business priorities and data requirements into scalable technology solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through credibility business acumen structured communication and clear decision support.

  • Proven experience operating in a global matrixed organisation with competing priorities evolving requirements and cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Outcome-oriented mindset with resilience accountability and the ability to drive progress through ambiguity complexity and setbacks.

  • Ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams aligning HR and Learning priorities with enterprise technology strategy.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

  • Experience with M&A and Due Diligence focused projects at global and x-functional scale.
