What youll do

• Design develop and maintain scalable high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services.
• Build and optimize data models queries and database performance.
• Ensure service reliability and availability by managing SLAs monitoring alerting and incident response.
• Collaborate closely with UI developers Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews design discussions and technical decision-making.
• Manage UAT environments deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor application health performance and logs using observability tools.
• Contribute to DevOps automation infrastructure improvements and operational best practices.
• Provide support for production issues including timely critical bug fixes and incident resolution.

Whats required

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in backend or server-side development.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.
• Proven experience ensuring service reliability and availability through SLA management monitoring alerting and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server including performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
