How youll make impact

• Lead SW development team members
• Coordinate SW development activities across agile teams.
• Manage the release process ensuring on-time delivery
• Ensure alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
• Cooperate with Department Leaders QA UX and Embedded SW specialists
• Provide technical mentorship support technical and interpersonal skills development of SW team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in SW development processes and tools.
• Lead adoption of Artificial Intelligence in SW development.
• Support software development with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Enhance code reviews strategy ensure adherence to coding standards quality & best practices.
• Focusing on safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
• 3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Experience in SW Development coordination role e.g. Product Owner or Scrum Master is an advantage.
• BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science Telecommunication or IT university.
• Strong Experience in at least one of: C C# Java/Kotlin JavaScript/TypeScript Python.
• Experience with applications testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools e.g. Jenkins ADO.
• Knowledge ofLinuxDockerandDatabases(PostgreSQL).
• Driving mindset strong problem-solving skills focus on quality pragmatic solution oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
