About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing AI startup building an autonomous digital teammate that lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. The platform connects with thousands of business tools and executes real work across operations finance marketing engineering and customer workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders and help build the core agent infrastructure powering the next generation of enterprise AI products.

• Location: Poland (Remote)
• Work Model: Full-Time Remote
• Seniority: Mid-Senior to Senior Level
• Compensation: Competitive Salary Meaningful Equity
• Work Permit: Valid Work-Permit for Poland

What Youll Do

• Build and enhance AI agents used by real customers every day
• Design and improve agent runtimes memory systems tool orchestration and evaluation frameworks
• Develop integrations with platforms such as Salesforce Stripe HubSpot Notion QuickBooks Shopify and more
• Build scalable backend services using Python and modern frontend experiences using TypeScript and React
• Optimize infrastructure reliability performance and cost efficiency
• Ship production-ready features rapidly and continuously
• Take ownership of technical decisions and product outcomes from concept to deployment

Requirements

• Located in Poland with existing work authorization
• Strong experience with Python and TypeScript
• Experience building or significantly modifying AI agents
• Hands-on experience with modern AI development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools
• Strong understanding of scalable systems architecture and technical trade-offs
• Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
• Ability to move quickly and ship production-ready code with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI startups or developer tooling companies
• Public GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions
• Experience with LLMs including GPT Claude Gemini Opus or Sonnet
• Experience building agent architectures memory systems evaluations or autonomous workflows
• Experience with third-party API integrations and platform ecosystems
• Infrastructure DevOps container orchestration and cloud platform experience
• Experience building Slack or Microsoft Teams applications
