Job Summary
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations environmental requirements and company standards across construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections audits and risk assessments while identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training inductions and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor HSE performance prepare reports and communicate status updates to project and corporate stakeholders.
- Support accident investigations safety planning and collaboration with project teams subcontractors and clients.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within construction industrial energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations construction site safety management and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience conducting HSE audits and training ideally within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments.
- Fluent English and German with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for project assignments.
