Scope of the role

• operational and budget management of the property
• oversight of the buildings technical condition and the quality of external services
• cooperation with tenants the client the leasing team and business partners
• control of documentation reporting and cost monitoring
• participation in marketing activities and local market analysis
• management of the property administration team

We are looking for someone who

• has experience in commercial property management
• is confident in budgeting cost control and reporting
• can combine operational business and relationship perspectives
• works independently responsibly and with strong attention to quality
