You will be responsible for Malopolskie Podkarpackie Swietokrzyskie and partialy Lubelskie.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provides technicalexpertiseto sales representatives other salesfunctionsand customers.
Provides technicalexpertisethrough sales presentations product demonstrationsinstallationand maintenance of companyproducts
May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and informationon specific applications
Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products
May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
Conducts on-site education andconsulting andsupports establishment and maintenance of customer relations withhealthcare professionals and organizations
Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors or masters degree (Biomedical engineering or similar)
Experience in a technical clinical support medical device or other customer-facing healthcare environment.
Hands--on experience with product support troubleshooting and customer training.
Experience working directly with clinicians hospital staff or other healthcare stakeholders is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with documentation compliance requirements and approved internal systems such as CRM or service tools is also important.
