WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Proven track record in project management (preferably in global setups) and stakeholder management across multiple functions

Leadership experience with ability to manage coach and develop high-performing teams

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities to navigate complex multi-market initiatives

Experience with LMS solutions and Agile methodologies is a strong advantage

Strong experience in digital ecosystems (Salesforce / DTE / LMS) with solid understanding of commercial processes

High ownership action-oriented mindset and drive for results

Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

As a Team Lead Digital (FIELO) you will own and drive end-to-end operations of the FIELO (LMS -LearningManagement System) ecosystem within GBS ensuring high-quality delivery scalability and continuous improvement across global markets.

You will combine deep platform expertise with strong leadership to manage a team of configurators and act as a key enabler for Open Academy and other strategic programs.

1) Business operations

Own FIELO BAU operations including ticket management workload planning and delivery prioritization

Ensure efficient configuration and deployment of key programs (e.g. Open Academy IQOS Partner Certification)

Optimize processes to improve delivery efficiency and service quality

2) Stakeholder management

Act as the main point of contact for Indirect Retail Brand Retail Product teams and markets

Drive clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and delivery team

Ensure transparency on priorities timelines and delivery expectations

3) Project Management & Delivery

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global and local initiatives within FIELO ecosystem

Manage timelines risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery

Proactively resolve blockers and drive solutions in a complex stakeholder environment

4) Team Leadership & Development

Lead coach and develop a team of configurators

Define clear priorities ensure accountability and support professional growth

Drive consistency quality and continuous capability building within the team

5) Process & Capability Development

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for FIELO processes and solutions

Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation of best practices (including Agile ways of working)

Contribute to scaling and standardizing delivery model across markets

6) Operational Execution

Oversee configuration and deployment of LMS & gamification capabilities in QA and Production environments

Ensure quality validation across devices (desktop mobile tablet)

Support content upload and configuration in line with FIELO technical standards
