WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree in Administration Materials Science Management Engineering or related field
• 4 years of experience in Quality Product Supply Chain or Production
• Experience leading people projects or cross-functional initiatives
• Fluent English
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize solve problems and drive results
• Analytical mindset with strong project coordination skills

• In this position you will earn no less than PLN 14 100 gross per month

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

• Ensure EHSS & Compliance by managing specification activities in line with PMI standards legal requirements and documentation practices
• Maintain process quality through robust specification processes stakeholder support and effective communication
• Drive Continuous Improvement by optimizing standardizing and automating processes while supporting implementation of changes
• Oversee Specification Execution ensuring workflow efficiency process adherence SLA compliance and accurate documentation
• Lead and develop the team through performance management collaboration capability building and succession planning
• Manage projects & initiatives by tracking KPIs coordinating cross-functional activities and monitoring specification-related changes
• Govern business service provider performance ensuring quality timeliness and resolution of recurring issues
• Deliver training & capability building to support team effectiveness and continuous improvement
