Senior Specialist, Technical Training (with German)

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs ensuring completion compliance and alignment with organizational training requirements.

• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities that support employee readiness and a positive learner experience.

• Manage learning management system (LMS) activities including course assignments user access training records and system updates.

• Review approve and execute training-related quality system tasks ensuring training documentationremainsaccurateand audit-ready.

• Generateanalyze and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.

• Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records evidence of qualification and process support.

• Investigate and resolve training system course access and process issues including management of service tickets and related requests.

• Partner with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs prioritize requirements and implement training programs that support businessobjectives.

• Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing training records qualification evidence and documentationfor compliance activities.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Education Human Resources or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination training administration facilitation or learning management system (LMS) support.

• Fluent Englishand German skills at minimum B2 level both written and spoken.

• Experience using learning technologies including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools.

• Experience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors(FDA MoH TUV etc.)
