Job Summary
Shape the future of Dynamics 365 at scale
We are looking for an experienced engineer who wants to drive impactful technology initiatives and help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across an international organisation.
In this role you will design and build business-critical solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform while contributing to architectural decisions engineering excellence and long-term technology strategy.
What impact will you make
- Design and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions supporting complex business processes across multiple teams and markets.
- Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
- Drive large-scale technical initiatives including platform upgrades migrations and environment modernisation.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of quality continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Champion effective use of AI tools and modern engineering practices.
- Represent technology initiatives through architecture reviews technical discussions and community engagement activities.

Qualifications :
What will help you succeed
- 5 years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform Dataverse and Azure services (especially Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus)
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform Dataverse and Azure services.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.
- Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
- Professional English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Python FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of Docker PostgreSQL Redis or Apache Kafka.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
