Senior SAP ProjectProgram Manager

• End-to-End Program Delivery: Lead the planning execution and deployment of large-scale global SAP templates across multiple countries managing multi-million euro budgets and cross-functional teams.
• MNC Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders regional business leaders and external implementation partners across different time zones (Europe Americas APAC).
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all SAP solutions and deployment processes comply with Medical Device industry regulations including GxP FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Agile & Hybrid Project Management: Drive project tracking sprint planning and issue resolution using Jira fostering an agile mindset within a traditionally structured SAP deployment framework.
• Testing Automation Integration: Oversee the testing strategy working closely with QA teams to leverage Tricentis (Tosca/Automation) for regression and end-to-end business process testing.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project risks establish mitigation strategies and lead organizational change management (OCM) to ensure smooth business adoption.

Qualifications :

• Total SAP Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the SAP ecosystem (as a functional consultant solution architect or track lead prior to moving into PM).
• Project Management Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience managing large-scale Global MNC SAP implementation or rollout projects (Template build and deployments).
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals industries. Deep understanding of validated environment constraints is mandatory.
• Tooling Proficiency: * Expertise in Jira for task management and agile delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with Tricentis testing suites for SAP test automation.
• Experienced on Agile Project Management Methodology (Experience on DSDM framework is a plus). 
• Certifications: PMP Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred. SAP certifications are a plus.
• Mobility & Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Willingness to travel internationally as dictated by key project milestones.
• Candidates must be based in Warsaw Poland.
