Senior React Native Developer

Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design build and release software products in multiple programming languages frameworks and libraries. A Development Consultant understands the technical landscape of IT projects comprehends the business context and goals and uses their experience to develop optimal solutions including technology and design choices. They support the project manager in planning software delivery articulate the vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work directly with customers to define solutions.

This role is available on a full-time employment contract (UoP) and requires the willingness to work from  our office in Kraków Warsaw or Gdańsk.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-performance React Native applications.
• Write reusable testable and efficient code that aligns with best practices in React Native development.
• Work with backend APIs authentication systems and media streaming services to integrate robust and scalable solutions.
• Optimize app performance for smooth streaming low latency and efficient memory usage.
• Analyze application health performance metrics and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Collaborate closely with product UX/UI and backend teams to ensure seamless cross-platform functionality.
• Work in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in React Native/React development.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices in mobile application development.
• Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.
• Strong background in state management (Redux Recoil Zustand or similar).
• Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library Detox etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git workflows and release management for mobile apps.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum Kanban).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholder

Nice to have: 

• Experience with financial apps wallets etc.
• Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies such as or Python.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL NoSQL or graph databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

Additional Information :

For this position the starting gross base salary is PLN 21 320 PLN Gross per month (full-time employment contract) determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria including skillset experience and role responsibilities.
