Department Overview
The PCR Device Management team is accountable for the entire software development lifecycle (including: specification and design implementation testing delivery and maintenance) for a number of customer-facing products such as Radio Management CPS 2.0 (Customer Programming Software) RadioCentral Commercial Client and tools. They are used to configure program and provide service troubleshooting and diagnostics capabilities for the PCR devices and PCR infrastructure components.
Job Description
PCR Device Management team is looking for a software engineer who will develop and maintain applications for our customers.
You will:
work in a team of 6-7 people - Agile 2-week sprints using Jira.
be part of a strong can-do attitude and goal oriented team.
be involved in architecture design for new features.
develop and maintain products that are locally managed from requirement definition to the release.
have a chance to work with real MOTOTRBO radios our customers use.
have the opportunity to be a technical mentor for team members.
work in a collaboration-oriented organization focused on knowledge sharing
Basic Requirements
- at least Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Math or related fields.
- understand software engineering principles and practices.
- programming skills in C# .
- experience in using GIT version control.
- ability to solve problems and propose solutions.
- effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- nice-to-have: experience with SQL Server.
- Hybrid work 2 days from KRK office onsite
