What will you do
As a Senior PMO Specialist you will cooperate with business finance and delivery teams taking responsibility for financial tracking and reporting quality and supporting decision making through detailed analysis of project data.
Your tasks
Ensure quality and alignment of actuals accruals and forecasting data.
Perform forecast versus actual analysis and prepare monthly commentary.
Monitor financial performance of projects against delivery progress.
Maintain and update system feeds in a timely manner.
Manage resource and portfolio tracking activities.
Support recruitment and team ramp-up processes.
Collect and process status updates from stakeholders.
Coordinate project and programme reporting cycles.
Maintain and update process documentation and information sources.
Monitor risks and issues related to project finance.
Your skills
At least 5 years of experience in PMO or related functions.
Strong communication skills and fluent English.
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience in preparing complex project and financial reports.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with Jira Confluence or Clarity.
Nice to have
Experience in global or distributed team environments.
Strong understanding of project finance and forecasting.
Experience supporting large transformation programmes.
