About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to own user acquisition across paid channels from strategy through execution.
This is a highly hands-on rolenot one where you simply oversee agencies or review reports. Youll be launching campaigns analysing performance testing creatives optimising funnels and scaling acquisition across mobile-first products.

What Youll Do
Paid Acquisition;
Own end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Meta TikTok Google and other relevant channels
Launch optimise and scale campaigns independently
Manage budgets to maximise profitable growth
Performance Optimisation;
Monitor and improve CPA CAC ROAS LTV and other key acquisition metrics
Continuously test audiences creatives bidding strategies messaging and landing pages
Identify growth opportunities through structured experimentation
Creative & Product Collaboration;
Partner closely with Creative teams to iterate on high-performing ad creatives
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve onboarding conversion and user journeys
Attribution & Analytics;
Own attribution using platforms such as Singular
Ensure accurate tracking across channels
Translate performance insights into budget allocation and optimisation decisions
Growth Experiments;
Test new acquisition channels and campaign formats
Scale winning experiments while maintaining efficiency
Execute campaigns within fintech and financial advertising guidelines
Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For
Must Have;
2-5 years of hands-on paid acquisition or growth marketing experience
Proven experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns
Strong experience with TikTok Ads (mandatory)
Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Background in mobile-first consumer products or apps
Experience working in a DTC business with direct ownership of acquisition performance
Strong understanding of CPA ROAS CAC LTV attribution and performance optimisation
Hands-on experience with attribution platforms ideally Singular
Analytical mindset with strong experimentation skills
Ability to work independently with full ownership of results
Nice to Have;
FinTech or other regulated industry experience
Cohort analysis and incrementality testing
Advanced attribution modelling
Experience scaling large acquisition budgets
Experience working closely with Creative Strategists on performance creatives
