Senior Operations Business Analyst (2nd shift)

Your Opportunity Your Team

As a Senior Operations Business Analyst you will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions across our operations and supply chain functions. You will work on complex enterprise-level challenges applying advanced analytics modeling and business insights to improve forecasting inventory management and operational performance.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to define strategies develop analytical tools and deliver impactful insights that influence key business outcomes. You will also mentor other analysts and contribute to building a strong analytics capability within the organization.

Where Youll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite from 3 to 5 times per month in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What Youll Do

• Develop advanced analytical models including machine learning solutions to optimize forecasting inventory placement and supply chain flows.

• Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily weekly monthly) to support business decision-making.

• Analyze large complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency quality and operational performance.

• Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas integrating processes technologies and stakeholder needs.

• Support senior leadership by preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating business reviews.

• Mentor and coach junior analysts sharing best practices and analytical expertise.

• Assess risks identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

What Youll Bring

• Ability to work on 2nd shift: covering US working hours (start around 1 pm)

• Very good English language

• 5 years of experience in business analysis operations or supply chain analytics.

• Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.

• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python R or similar.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.

• Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel SQL BigQuery SAS or VBA.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience with machine learning models in operations or supply chain.

• Experience working in large global organizations.
