The Senior Manager Salesforce & Revenue Intelligence serves as the strategic owner of Salesforce reporting governance and business performance interpretation across global business lines.

This role is responsible for validating reporting logic ensuring data integrity interpreting pipeline and campaign performance and translating insights into executive-ready narratives.

While the MSCOE will execute technical report builds and dashboard automation this role retains internal ownership of reporting accuracy methodology and stakeholder advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Governance & Validation

  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on Salesforce reporting architecture
  • Validate agency-built dashboards and reports for:
  • Campaign hierarchy integrity
  • Attribution logic and influence models
  • Opportunity-stage mapping
  • Lead lifecycle definitions
  • Custom field logic and object relationships
  • Identify discrepancies inconsistencies and tracking gaps
  • Ensure reporting logic aligns with business definitions and targets

Campaign & Pipeline Intelligence Ownership

  • Own global campaign scorecard methodology
  • Analyze pipeline creation velocity conversion rates and revenue contribution
  • Interpret performance against targets across business lines
  • Identify forecast risks and performance gaps
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on insights

Executive Stakeholder Advisory

  • Present performance insights to senior marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Translate complex data into clear business implications
  • Support QBRs annual planning and strategic reviews
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure transparency and alignment

Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify systemic data quality issues
  • Recommend improvements to campaign structure naming conventions and tracking logic
  • Establish reporting standards and documentation
  • Collaborate with systems teams and agency partners on structural enhancements

Required Qualifications:
  • 610 years in Salesforce reporting Revenue Operations or Marketing Analytics
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise (Campaigns Opportunities Custom Fields Reporting)
  • Strong understanding of pipeline mechanics and marketing attribution
  • Experience working with external reporting vendors or agencies
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Advanced Excel and/or BI tools proficiency

What This Role IS NOT:
  • Not a routine report production role
  • Not a ticket-based ad hoc request role
  • Not limited to one business line
  • This is a governance and intelligence leadership position
