Senior Manager Order to Cash Deployment Program

Lead the Order to Cach (O2C) Deployment Program across markets deployment streams and initiatives ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into a scalable consistent and sustainable deployment model.

You will be accountable for program-level delivery deployment governance cross-functional alignment risk and dependency management and capability building across deployment teams.

Ensure that deployment activities are delivered on time and executed in a way that supports the wider strategy target operating model standard product templates and long-term business outcomes.

Act a strategic partner to the O2C Product organization ensuring that product vision global process standards and digital capabilities are translated into successful market deployments.

Establish a continuous feedback loop between deployments and product teams influencing roadmap priorities solution design standardization decisions and long-term O2C transformation objectives.

Skills & Capabilities

University degree 10 years of experience in finance preferably O2C including 6 years in people management

Change and Project Management certification or training. Experience leading cross-functional transformation and program governance

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Lean and Six Sigma certification is an asset

Experience implementing AI strategy governance and scalable AI-enabled solutions

Data-Driven Decision Making

Executive stakeholder engagement

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Risk management and governance experience
