The Senior Manager DevOps Engineering (m/f/d) is responsible for leading and scaling DevOps engineering teams to deliver reliable secure and automated CI/CD platforms enabling efficient software delivery and operational excellence across the enterprise

This position reports to the of Director DevOps & Release Engineering and is part of the Enterprise Engineering team and will be located onsite in Krakow Poland.

What you will do:

• Lead coach and develop highperforming global DevOps and release engineering teams fostering an automationfirst and continuous improvement culture
• Own delivery outcomes platform stability and team performance across DevOps and release engineering capabilities
• Establish and govern enterprise DevOps and release practices for internal and suppliermanaged platforms including CI/CD environment management and SaaS deployments
• Drive modernization initiatives across cloudnative architectures containerization microservices CI/CD patterns and GitOps workflows
• Ensure platform reliability observability and operational excellence through metrics monitoring and continuous improvement
• Define and track KPIs for pipeline performance release quality deployment success and operational reliability
• Ensure DevOps practices align with enterprise standards security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX GxP)
• Lead evaluation adoption and lifecycle management of DevOps tooling platforms and emerging technologies
  

Who you are:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams and managing vendor and offshore partnerships
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices including CI/CD security automation and observability
• Experience aligning DevOps capabilities with Agile delivery frameworks and enterprise governance
• Relevant DevOps cloud or platform certifications preferred
