We are looking for a Senior Java Developer:

Our client is a global management consulting organization serving enterprises and public-sector organizations worldwide.

Project Description:

A global technology ecosystem supporting strategy-to-execution delivery across Generative AI cloud transformation and advanced analytics.

Project Phase:

Ongoing

Hard Skills / Must Have:

5 years of professional software development experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot

Practical knowledge of AI tools for software development

Ability to use AI tools for tasks beyond the primary technology stack

Adaptability to different technologies and technical requirements

Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):

Python scripting

AWS Glue Jobs

Generative AI and prompt engineering

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

Design scalable and reliable software solutions

Collaborate with distributed teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and solve technical challenges

Technology Stack:Java Spring Boot AI tools Generative AI and prompt engineering

Interview stages:

English check (15 minutes)

internal technical interview (1-15 hour)

client interview (1 hour)

client interview cultural fit (45 minutes)

Additional notes:

The candidate must be employed in company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) and additionally under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract). Payment terms up to 60 days. Work will be performed using client-provided equipment.
