We are hiring a seasoned and highly motivated Solution Architect to lead the architecture governance guardrails and secure adoption of theMicrosoft 365collaboration and content platform with a strong focus onSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft Teams and productivity capabilities (OneDrive Office apps automation). The role will define and maintain platform guardrails (policies standards and processes) in alignment with the corporate-wide standards for content management data protection and identity/access policies.

You will be a key contributor in agile product teams shaping the platform roadmap and ensuring solution designs are scalable compliant secure and usablewhile also aligning the products with the organizations AI strategy and enabling adoption includingMicrosoft 365Copilot readiness and agent integration across the enterprise.

This position blends deep technical expertise with the ability to communicate clearly at both technical detail and executive/business outcome levels.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3-5 years working withMicrosoft 365; in depth understanding of content collaboration and productivity aspects of M365
• 2-4 years progressive experience in solution architecture
• Technical Skills:SharePoint Onlinearchitecture;Microsoft Teamscollaboration architecture solid understanding ofMicrosoft Entra IDand authorization patterns: group-based access role-based administration concepts identity governance including access reviews and lifecycle governance;Microsoft Graphand integration patterns;Power Platform(Power Automate) governance of connectors and automation
• Experience with enterprise-scale tenant governance M&A collaboration onboarding and complex stakeholder environments
• Microsoft 365Copilot readiness and governance including service boundary considerations and dependency on tenant permissions.
• Copilot Studio fundamentals: connectors/tools to integrate agents with business systems; publishing agents to SharePoint/Teams channels.
• Very goodcommunication skills- ability to communicate with different audiences both with deep technical articulation and highlevel executive abstraction
• Strongstakeholder managementwithin technology teams and across business units and geographies
• Experience working inagile product modelsand with tools like Atlassian suite
• Comfortable in highly regulated complex global enterprise environments
• Nice to have: Experience withLeanIX; exposure to and understanding ofTOGAF principles; experience and understanding ofSAFe Agileframework certification is a plus

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

• Define and steward M365 platform reference architecture and guardrails across SharePoint Teams and OneDrive including security lifecycle governance and integration patterns.
• OwnSharePoint Onlinestorage and lifecycle architecture defining consumption patterns archiving strategies provisioning ownership decommissioning and search behavior in line with governance standards.
• Act as architectural authority for information discovery and data governance ensuring permissions-aware search compliant information architecture document lifecycle adherence and reduced oversharing.
• Collaborate across architecture and governance forums to enhance usability security posture data classification sensitivity labelling publishing policies and user guidance.
• Validate and govern major architectural changes leading PoCs and pilots documenting designs and processes supporting deployments and assisting in critical incident resolution.
• Lead AI enablement and adoption for M365 experiences including Copilot and enterprise agents driving productivity knowledge discovery and content summarization.
• Define AIready collaboration guardrails focusing on permissions hygiene content readiness labeling strategies monitoring and safe exposure of information through AI.
• Serve as senior architecture leader within agile product teams mentoring engineers removing impediments enforcing quality gates and translating technology trends into roadmap updates and demand intake.
