We are looking for a Senior HR IT Specialist ServiceNow HRSD to strengthen our HRIT team and take a leading technical role in developing and scaling our global HR ServiceNow this position you will act as a technical authority working closely with HR IT and Product Owners to deliver high-quality standardized and future-ready HR solutions. This role offers strong development opportunities towards an HRIT Architect position.

• Lead the design development and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Configure and develop advanced HRSD functionalities including workflows case management Employee Center lifecycle events and service automation
• Drive platform scalability by defining global standards reusable components and best practices
• Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities based on business and Product Owner requirements
• Support testing releases troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the HRSD platform
• Collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to translate HR service needs into scalable technical solutions
• Support and contribute to integrations with other enterprise systems
• Act as a technical authority and mentor within HRIT sharing knowledge and guiding development standards
• Contribute to global HRSD rollouts including localization onboarding of new countries and change initiatives

• Have significant hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration
• Understand HR processes service models and global HR operating environments
• Are able to design scalable maintainable and standardized technical solutions
• Have strong knowledge of IT best practices automation and platform governance
• Are comfortable working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Can explain complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way
• Have a collaborative team-oriented mindset and enjoy working with others
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)

It would be nice if you:

• Have experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Have experience mentoring junior developers or acting as a technical lead
• Are familiar with enterprise architecture principles and global system rollouts
