Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that support business growth and organizational success. This role requires a commercially minded HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities a hands-on approach and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leaders champion employee engagement initiatives and provide strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Provide expert guidance on all HR-related matters including employee relations performance management talent development organizational design and employment legislation.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities and strategic workforce planning to ensure current and future business needs are met.
• Drive employee engagement retention and talent management initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
• Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs to build leadership pipelines and support employee growth.
• Partner with leaders to manage performance identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Review update and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies procedures and best practices.
• Lead compensation and benefits initiatives ensuring competitiveness internal equity and alignment with business objectives.
• Support learning and development strategies that enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
• Deliver HR-related training workshops and employee orientation programs.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with payroll and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities regulatory agencies and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience including experience in a business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation HR best practices and talent management principles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions through people strategies.
• Experience in recruitment employee relations performance management learning and development compensation and benefits and organizational development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee and business needs.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of initiative resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to build improve and scale HR processes and programs.
