Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (PythonReact) to join a team developing AI-enabled business applications and services. The project focuses on transforming business ideas into scalable production-ready solutions with engineers involved across the entire software lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation deployment and production support. The environment is primarily backend-focused while also requiring regular frontend development and AI integration into customer-facing products and business workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python

• Contribute to frontend development including React-based applications

• Define technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment

• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and customer-facing solutions

• Ensure high standards of scalability reliability testing and production support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Support and enhance production systems while continuously improving architecture and engineering practices

• Business level proficiency in the English language written and verbal.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial experience in software engineering including 5 years of backend development with Python

• 2 years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of system design software architecture scalability maintainability testing release management debugging and production support

• Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems including orchestration workload management and scalable AI-enabled solutions

• Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements evaluate trade-offs and make architectural decisions

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects engineers product teams and business stakeholders

• Business level proficiency in the English language written and verbal.
