Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & React)

We are looking for a senior engineer who combines strong Python/backend expertise with solid software architecture skills and an interest in AI platforms. The role focuses on building scalable enterprise systems for managing and governing AI agents including SDKs platform governance capabilities and application design across backend and frontend.

You will:

• architect scalable enterprise systems for managing and governing AI agents
• design platform governance capabilities
• participate in application design including backend and frontend
• mentor developers on architecture Python engineering practices and maintainable system design

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

• software architecture experience including system design and microservice or macroservice architectures
• strong Python engineering skills including designing and maintaining libraries and SDKs
• familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
• understanding of governance and security patterns including authentication authorization access control
• willingness to mentor other developers and raise engineering standards
• familiarity with the AI landscape including LLMs agentic systems tool-calling and MCPs
• ability to participate in backend and frontend application design

You will be working with the following technologies:

• Python Django and related backend ecosystem
• React and modern frontend tooling
• DSPy and LLM/agentic application frameworks
• Docker and Kubernetes
