What will you do
You will join a global Corporate and Institutional Banking program where Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales serves as the core CRM platform across multiple this role you will design develop customize and integrate D365 solutions working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality scalable solutions that support customer relationship management processes.
Your tasks
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions
- Deliver high-quality code and participate in code reviews
- Review build quality and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Refine and groom technical backlog items for upcoming sprint activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Support daily stand-ups and help unblock development activities
- Participate in production releases and deployment activities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements
- Design and implement integrations using Azure services
- Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales including multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization CRM SDK Power Platform Canvas Apps and Pages
- Strong knowledge of C# JavaScript and the ecosystem
- Experience with Azure application development including Azure Functions Service Bus Application Insights and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0 and MSAL
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including TDD unit testing mocking frameworks and source control using Git
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in Agile environments and deliver high-quality technical solutions
- Openness to work hybrid from our clients office (Kraków) 8 days a month
Nice to have
- Knowledge of React Angular or other modern front-end technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of event-driven architecture MQ Series and messaging platforms
- Knowledge of SOLID principles design patterns and code quality practices
- Experience with logging monitoring and observability tools such as App Insights and Serilog
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and proof-of-concept experience with emerging technologies
