They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join their IGA transformationprogrammein Warsaw. This contract role offers the chance to lead critical workstreams within a large-scale governance initiative working with stakeholders across businesssecurityand IT functions to deliver a modern Business Role Management framework.

Position Overview

As Senior Business Consultantyoullplaya central rolein designingimplementingand rolling out a Group-wide Business Role model using One Identity (myAccess) and the Nexis Business Role Management closely with business stakeholders security teams applicationownersand governance functions toestablishscalable processesframeworksand migration strategies. This position requires strong analytical capabilities stakeholder managementskillsand hands-on experience with IGA platforms and Business Role Management theprogrammethrough analysis design migrationtestingand phased deployment across theorganisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyseexisting authorization structuresentitlementsand business role hierarchies

• Assess legacy SailPoint Business Roles and define migration approaches

• Design andmaintainthe target Business Role framework and governance model

• Establish role ownership principles lifecycleprocessesand approval workflows

• Conduct role mining entitlement analysis and optimization activities using Nexis

• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering across business and IT

• Translate business requirements into Business Role designs and specifications

• Produce business requirements documents userstoriesand process descriptions

• Define and execute Business Role migration strategies from existing platforms

• Perform role assessment mappingtransformationand validation activities

• Design Business Role management processes integrated with One Identity and Nexis

• Define governance controls entitlementmodelsand operational procedures

• Validate solution designs against security and compliance requirements

• Plan and coordinate dry runs pilots integrationtestingand UAT activities

• Manage test preparation defecttrackingand deployment readiness

• Support phased Business Role rollout across international business entities

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Role Management and IGAprogrammes

• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration concepts

• Hands-on experience with One Identity (myAccess) or similar IGA platforms

• Practical experience with Nexis Business Role Management platform

• Proven experience migrating from legacy IGA solutions particularly SailPoint

• Strong requirements engineering and business analysis capabilities

• Experience designing governance frameworks entitlementmodelsand access structures

• Knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD) controls and compliance requirements

• Experience within insurance or financial services sectors

• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions

• Strong documentation skills including requirementsspecificationsand process descriptions

• Experience planning and coordinating testing phases including UAT and pilots

• Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and geographies

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience with Saviynt isadvantageous
