THE ROLE

As aSenior Business Analyst within our Business Consulting practice you will partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. You will lead business workshops analyse current-state processes identify gaps define future-state solutions and develop delivery roadmaps that create measurable business value.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong facilitation stakeholder management business process analysis and requirements management skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with consulting technology and delivery teams.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives current processes and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse existing business processes identify gaps and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals.
• Gather document and manage business requirements using clear structured documentation and appropriate analysis techniques.
• Develop business cases process maps user stories and delivery roadmaps that support successful implementation.
• Present findings recommendations and solution options confidently to business stakeholders and project teams.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably within consulting or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong business process analysis process mapping and requirements elicitation skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation.

BONUS POINTS FOR

• Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis frameworks.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or operating model change initiatives.
• Familiarity with BPMN Visio Jira Confluence or similar business analysis tools.
• Relevant certifications such as IIBA CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA or Agile Business Analyst.
