Senior Business Analyst (AIML)

Salary range: PLN

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join a banking project for an international Client.

Your tasks:

• Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations risk automation or decisioning.
• Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes.
• Capture input data decision points explainability controls and human-in-the-loop requirements.
• Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear feasible and testable.
• Support governance compliance and operational readiness for AI-enabled components.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with business risk and technology stakeholders.

Your skills:

• Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment
• Experience in using AI models
• Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode (2 days per week in the office)
