Salary range: 122-160PLN/H
B2B contract
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/ Consultant who will join a banking project for an international Client.
Your tasks:
- Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations risk automation or decisioning.
- Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes.
- Capture input data decision points explainability controls and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear feasible and testable.
- Support governance compliance and operational readiness for AI-enabled components.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with business risk and technology stakeholders.
Your skills:
- Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment
- Experience in using AI models
- Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
