They are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join their team in Warsaw. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting AI initiative focused on tax automation whereyoulldesign and build intelligent solutions that combinecutting-edgeAI technologies with robust enterprise architecture.

Position Overview

As a Senior AI Engineeryoullplaya central rolein designingbuildingand scaling AI-driven applications that transform how theorganisationapproaches tax-related across the full AI lifecycle from integrating Large Language Models and developing intelligent agents to implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and ensuring enterprise-grade deployment. This position offers the chance to work with modern AI technologies while collaborating with product owners architects dataengineersand business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meetreal businessneeds.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI applications (C#) and Python

• Build enterprise AI solutions leveraging LLMs Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures

• Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks

• Design and implement RAG solutions with vector databases and knowledge sources

• Integrate AI services with enterprise applicationsAPIsand data platforms

• Build reusable AI components services and accelerators following best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and solutions

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security governancescalabilityand performance

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

• Contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices

• Stay current with emerging AI technologiesframeworksand industry trends

Requirements

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience

• 2 years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments

• Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale AI implementations

• /C# development

• Strongproficiencyin Python for AI/ML application development

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Services Azure Functions API Management and Azure storage services

• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures

• Strong understanding of REST APIs microservices and distributed systems

• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration platforms

• Knowledge of prompt engineering agent orchestration deploymentmonitoringand governance
