Position: SCM Project Manager
Location: Krakow
In this role you will proactively manage risks and coordinate cross-functional actions to secure stable and efficient supply flows.
How youll make an impact
- Ensure sufficient upstream material supply to meet production commitments and prevent disruptions
- Translate demand signals into clear upstream material requirements based on planning outputs
- Partner with Category Management to monitor supplier capacity performance and development initiatives
- Lead capacity visibility and scenario planning to address demand variability and supply risks
- Establish and drive upstream supply governance KPIs and risk escalation routines
- Track supplier ramp-up qualification and readiness against project timelines
- Provide forward-looking insights on supply risks constraints and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and act as the central point for upstream material readiness
Your background
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or equivalent (certifications such as APICS CSCP PMP Lean Six Sigma are a plus)
- 812 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Procurement Supplier Development Supply Planning or SCM projects)
- Strong expertise in multi-tier supply chains sub-supplier capacity management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools (Excel Power BI or similar)
- Analytical mindset with experience in scenario modeling risk management and process standardization
- Fluent English (required); additional languages are an advantage
