Role: SAP MM Business Analyst
Location: Warsaw - 2 days office.
We are seeking a skilled SAP MM Business Analyst to support Procure-to-Pay processes for Poland SAP landscape across ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
The role includes conducting business workshops with procurement and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.

The role includes conducting business workshops with procurement and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Responsibilities cover SAP configuration in procurement inventory management and supplier integration.
The candidate will handle defect management process improvements and collaborate closely with SD FICO and integration teams.

Mandatory Expectations:
- Ability to work in English is mandatory
- Work on ECC & S/4 environments to manage BA activities including:
- Conducting workshops and leading business discussions
- Preparing functional design & specifications
- Performing SAP customization
- Managing defects and issue resolution
- Working autonomously within sub-domain/project teams
- The role demands strong business process knowledge stakeholder engagement and delivery ownership.
