Job Summary
We are looking for anSAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Polish Payroll and Time Management to join our Application Management Services (AMS) Poland team on a fulltime basis.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering highquality support configuration and advisory services within the SAP HCM environment with a strong focus on Polish payroll and time managment and compliance with local legal regulations. You will work closely with seniorconsultants payroll operations and international teams gaining further expertise in SAP HCM and local payroll regulations.

- Provide support and consultancy for SAP HCM Payroll with a focus on Polish payroll and Time Management.
- Support configuration customization and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll solutions in line with business and legal requirements.
- Deliver AMS services including incident handling change requests system optimisation.
- Support ongoing compliance with Polish labour law tax and social security regulations.
- Take part in payroll testing yearend activities and legal updates
- Cooperate closely with crossfunctional teams: HR Payroll IT and international AMS teams
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
- Handson experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in an AMS or other outsouringsupport model (post golive)
- Practical knowledge ofSAP HCM Payroll and Time Management for Poland
- Good knowledge ofPolish payroll legislation including ZUS PIT and statutory reporting
- Basic understanding of integration with other SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA OM) is an advantage
- Fluent Polish (native or nearnative level) is required
- Good command of English written and spoken
- Ability to analyse SAP HCM issues and propose practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team
- Demonstrates anagile mindset with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
- Salary tailored to experience - from 16.000 to 24.000 PLN.
